About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Smallcraft Distillery website and the purchase of any products from us, online or at the tasting room. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Age requirement (18+)

Smallcraft Distillery sells alcoholic spirits. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, purchase our products, or visit our premises. Orders from anyone under 18 will be cancelled and refunded. Photographic identification is required on delivery and at the tasting room door. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide acceptable proof of age.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable Danish duties and VAT unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed by email and are subject to availability — our spirits are bottled in small numbers and occasionally sell out before we can update the site.

Shipping

We ship within Denmark and the European Union. International shipments outside the EU are arranged on a case-by-case basis, subject to local alcohol import regulations. Risk passes to the customer on delivery; please inspect parcels carefully and report any damage within seven days.

Returns

Under Danish consumer law you may return unopened bottles within fourteen days for a full refund minus return shipping. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

Responsible drinking

Smallcraft asks you to drink responsibly and never to drive after consuming our products. Spirits are not intended for pregnant women, those operating machinery, or anyone advised against alcohol by a medical professional.
